We call that "Box Trick" here. We knew that it worked in Red/Blue and Gold/Silver, but we weren't sure how it worked with EVs in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

Ninjask is a really bad idea. Whatever you Baton Pass to is going to get killed in one hit by Ubers like Kyogre/Mewtwo. You won't be able to Swords Dance with Ninjask
in 2v2 Ubers. You can only pass speed by Protect. That doesn't help.

Registeel is ok, but this is with ubers remember. Ubers have the power to kill it and all Registeel can do is explode. There is too much protect and everything going
around to make it a good idea. Snorlax and Mewtwo using Selfdestruct is a far better idea. Everyone used that instead. Snorlax takes special attacks very well and
Mewtwo is fast AND unexpected to selfdestruct.
